This would have been a great party if only it wasn’t so long. But one has to applaud Kangana Ranaut, who could give all the dacoits in B-Town a run for their loot, for another great performace. She plays the Venice-loving, gun-trotting politician in Chambal with much aplomb.

A lot of Revolver Rani seems inspired from Quentin Tarantino films -- the powerful female character with guns template, the title track and the aesthetically portrayed violence are strongly reminiscent of many of his previous films.

Riding on mixed reviews Revolver Rani opened to very dull collections on first daywith 1.75 Cr. in fact collections are lower than what queen did on its first day.
It remains to be seen whether movie picks up since queen had also a very dull start but picked up later though queen had much better reviews.
Screen size of Revolver Rani is nearly double that of Queen at 1500 screens.

Revolver Rani has been beaten by Two States (which in its second week grossed 3.35 Crores) as the top grossing movie at the box office this Friday.

Even though the film is unreal and unbelievable, it is nevertheless a brilliant piece of cinema. Plenty of good laughs, great performances and legendary dialogues - there are just too many reasons to watch the film.

Revolver Rani has a very unique story ever before in Bollywood. This film will bring that story to the viewers what would happen if a political giant fell in love with a Bollywood star and then had to protect himself from her enemies. It's a very authentic film, surrounded with dead bodies, love and subtle comedy that brings an end with a different climax in Shivpuri Bird Sanctuary (Madhya Pradesh) before the break of the dawn.
