A war of words between Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.

The "Raanjhanaa" actress had outspoken best in her recent appearance in "Koffee with Karan" as she directed some unfavourable comments on contemporary Padukone.

On the show, Sonam had mentioned that Anaita Shroff Adajania, Deepika’s stylist, deserved all the credit for the actor’s fashion sense.

Sonam also termed Deepika as 'Good girl gone bad'. So, what exactly does Deepika think about all this?

At the press conference during the launch of her clothing line with Van Heusen, Deepika was asked the inevitable question - on what she thought of Sonam's statement on her fashion sense.

Ms Padukone however chose to keep a diplomatic front when she replied,

"Sonam is entitled to her opinion and I respect that."

"When I was growing up, my mother was my style icon, which she is even today. My style, which is classic, simple and elegant, is influenced by my mother. Like her, I also do not accessorise much," she said.

"For me, fashion means something that I am comfortable wearing, suits my body type and also my personality. I wear whatever I am comfortable in. For me colour, cut and styles are notimportant," she said.
